It just happens that every blog that I read today was about food. Well almost all. Of course the time that I am reading these is just before lunch and I missed breakfast this morning. That hardly happens, but it did this morning. Now I am suffering because of it. I truly believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It sort of dictates how the rest of the day goes.
How can anyone get anything done in the morning without breakfast. When I miss breakfast all I can think about is second breakfast. I love that. I had to include a clip from Lord of the Rings. I love that franchise. The hobbits always have second breakfast. They are so smart. Of course I would be big as a house or at least a small cabin if I had second breakfast everyday, but I am not counting it out by any means.
My eating for the whole day is dependent on how well I eat breakfast. Anyway, I think God was trying to tell me something with all the other blog post I read.
Today is a muscle-building day so I’m not running or walking. I really like muscle-building day. This is rest day. I think I will start making rest day and active rest day. This means that I will do some non aerobic activities. I feel so lazy when I don’t do anything. I like to fill a little productive. I really want to run, but I am not, because I think I do better when I give my body a rest.

Second breakfast, brilliant. I have a friend who never leaves the house until he has had both breakfast, and what he refers to as ‘breakfast pudding’, a cup of tea and a biscuit …. it’s an idea that could really catch on!
I am a huge fan of Lord of the Rings and for some reason that is one part in the movie that I really remember. I guess that is because I like to eat. 🙂
