I am trying to reorganize my pages, so bare with me.
Notes to self, work on posting race reports, items in my gear bag, my half training will be associated with this page and my running goals.
I am not fitness buff, by any means. I am just trying to keep it moving so I can feel not so old, to put it bluntly. I am not trying to diet or loose a ton of weight, although I am good if it just falls off on its on. My goal is to simple keep moving. Moving is my word for exercise.
Exercise seems so harsh. So I am going to keep it moving.
